Service

Recastly provides workspace-based tools for planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content through connected platform accounts.

Accounts And Workspaces

Users are responsible for keeping account access secure, inviting only authorized workspace members, and assigning roles that match each member's responsibilities.

Platform Rules

Users must follow the terms, policies, and developer rules of every social platform they connect to Recastly. Recastly may hold, reject, or remove publishing actions that appear to violate platform requirements or product safety controls.

Content

Users remain responsible for content they create, upload, schedule, or publish through Recastly, including media rights, claims, disclosures, and localization accuracy.

Deletion

Users may request account deletion from Settings. Workspace ownership must be transferred before deleting an account that is the sole owner of a shared workspace.

Changes

Updated terms are versioned and may require users to accept the new version before continuing to use the authenticated application.
