Overview

Recastly helps teams plan, schedule, and publish social media content across connected workspaces and channels.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, profile image, and authentication provider identifiers.
  • Workspace information such as membership, roles, invites, audit records, and settings.
  • Publishing information such as posts, media metadata, channel configuration, publishing attempts, and platform responses.
  • Compliance records such as consent events and account deletion requests.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide the product, authenticate users, operate workspace permissions, schedule and verify publishing, maintain security, respond to compliance requests, and prepare platform review materials.

Sharing

We send content and required account information to social platforms only when a user connects a channel or publishes through that platform. We do not sell personal information.

Retention And Deletion

Users may request account deletion from Settings. Deletion is processed promptly and hard-deletes the user account and personal consent rows while retaining non-personal forensic records needed to prove deletion and preserve workspace audit integrity.
